The video shows the use of the JEMS program for manual fitting of the experimental CBED pattern and subsequent simulation of the HOLZ lines using the parameters obtained. The method shown can be used to determine the experimental parameters (lattice constants, acceleration voltage, lattice distortion, orientation) and to describe their correlation with the results of other TEM methods.
