The video demonstrates all steps in the phase analysis using SAED, starting with the recording of the diffraction images on the TEM, subsequent analysis and indexing with the help of ICSD database and finally comparison with the simulation of SAED patterns. Different analysis strategies are discussed that can be used for the evaluation of the diffraction patterns from different crystal systems.
